The question from God to jesus thou God is the all knower, Did jesus say I am God worship me?

(115) When God asked Jesus, son of Mary "Did you tell men to consider you and your mother as their gods besides God?" he replied, "Glory be to you! How could I say what I have no right to say? Had I ever said it, You would have certainly known about it. You know what is in my soul, but I do not know what is in Yours. It is You who has absolute knowledge of the unseen. (116) "I did not tell them anything except what You commanded me to tell them. I told them that they must worship God who is everyone's Lord. I watched them as long as I was among them until You raised me to Yourself and You Yourself had also watched over them; You are Omnipresent. (117) You may punish Your servants or forgive them for You are Majestic and Wise." (118) God will say, "This is the Day when the truthful ones will benefit from their truthfulness. For them there are gardens wherein streams flow and they will live therein forever. God is pleased with them and they will be pleased with God in their supreme triumph. (119) To God belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them and He has power over all things. (120) Quran

    YES!

    Hebrews 1:5-8 (KJV)

For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee? And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son? And again, when he bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him. And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire. But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom.

and HE was forewarned about the AntiChrist:

    1 John 2:18-23 (KJV)

Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time. They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us. But ye have an unction from the Holy One, and ye know all things. I have not written unto you because ye know not the truth, but because ye know it, and that no lie is of the truth. Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.

It seems like we are constantly judging or being judged. It’s just the nature of the mind to judge everything, and so the mind feels like the person is always being judged by others. Many say “I don’t care what they think about me”. This is usually so that the person listening will not judge them as being someone who fears judgment.

It can be very depressing when there is identification with a self to believe that one is constantly being judged, being evaluated. But who is doing the judging, and who is being judged?

Upon first glance, it seems very much like there’s a person here that can be judged by a person there. But on closer examination, nothing could be further from the truth. This is the play of life, the light and sound of the show, unfolding to display this spectacular illusion.

If all that is happening is that thoughts are arising, and one of those thoughts is a “me”, and the other thoughts are about “being judged”, what do any of these thoughts have to do with anything. There is only this present moment and the thoughts about judgment are false. Judgment requires real time to exist, and since there is no time, there is no judgment.

Let’s say the thoughts of judgment arise in the mind of “another”. Those thoughts are about something that took place, but where is that event now? It doesn’t exist, only the thought is arising now, and thoughts about what “happened“ are not accurate. It is only ever now, so thoughts about an imagined past are fallacious.

To go a step further, what are the judgments based on? There are entirely subjective, depending on the conditioning of the mechanism, that’s all. Depending on how seeming events played out before determines whether those judgments are favorable or not.

So what does it matter? Who cares what judgments arise? It’s all just written into the role of a character, so let those evaluations fly. If judgments arise there with you, just see them for what they are. If self evaluations come up, don’t take them too seriously, because you can see the for the illusions they are.

No, to the best of my knowledge, Jesus never said," I am God, worship me."

His Father, the Almighty, told the angels to worship Him though.

He allowed himself to be worshiped.

Perhaps, if you really want to know what Jesus actually said, you might try reading God's Word, the Bible, instead of relying on what man has to say.

If you truly value your soul, and that of your children, do a comparative study on what the Bible says about Antichrist and the false prophet, and what Islamic texts say about the Mahdi and Isa. I think you might just be amazed.

I hope and pray that you will find the Truth that can only be found in the one true crucified and risen Savior, Christ Jesus the Lord. He loves you and is there for you, if you will only reach out to Him.

    Sincerely, Robert

No Jesus/Isa PBUH did not say that he was God. Some humans say that. Islam has very similar beliefs to the Christians and the Jews but there are a few small differences. slam is a monotheistic religion, meaning that we worship one God without joining any partners in worship to Him, so the idea of the Christian trinity is absolutely rejected. Islam also rejects the idea of idol-worship, where the main belief is that the spirit of God is within/represented by the idol. Islam is very strict in the belief that there is one God and Muslims call God 'Allah'. We believe that God is perfect, that He is not a man, that He is void of limits so He has no distinct figure and He is what we would describe as a 'spirit' although we have no real idea as to what He is really like. He is a loving, forgiving and fair God who is merciful and keeps His promises. He was neither born nor created by another creator, and He does not create other Gods or has sons and daughters. He doesn't require food and drink and He has no need for anything. He was the first thing in the universe and He will be the last. He is the creator of everything we see and everything that exists or has existed. he sees, hears and knows everything.

You have placed words in the mouth of Jesus that He never spoke. The Koran is not nearly as supported by evidence- not even close- as is the Holy Bible; and that is a simple fact. I rely much more on the trustworthiness, accuracy and reliability of the Bible than the Koran for this reason. In answer to your question: Yes Jesus did claim to be God; numerous times in the New Testament. While Jesus may never have actually commanded people to worship Him while on this earth He never rebuked those who did worship Him as God and declare Him as God- and this He should have done if He was only a man and was truly a holy prophet of God. In fact, when Thomas said "my Lord and my God", after seeing Jesus resurrected, Jesus replied, "Because you have seen me you believe. Blessed are those who have not seen and yet believe". This statement should make Jesus' claim to divinity more than obvious. If not, He also made claims and demonstrated power and accepted titles which clearly only belong to Almighty God. The OT clearly states that the Messiah/Christ would in fact be God in the flesh on earth. Also, consider the alleged crime for which Jesus Christ was arrested, tried, convicted- blasphemy. This meant He was convicted and executed for who He claimed to be, and not for anything He had done. Last, you need to read the OT, especially the Pentateuch, and see how many times God actually appeared in bodily form to various different people. This should make you realize that, since God is Spirit and no one can see God and live, that these appearances were made by the pre-incarnate Christ Himself.

Jesus claimed to be one with the Father, the Great I AM, and did accept worship in the New Testament. Throughout the epistles and the book of Revelation, Jesus is even more clearly presented as Deity and to be worshiped.

The Quran, which popped up about 600 years after the bible- a collection of 66 books- was completed (and took 1600 years to write), is greatly flawed I am afraid.

Jesus never says it explicitly, not even in the Bible. However, you're much more likely to find implications in the Bible than the Quran, so I don't know why you're quoting the Quran. You might as well try to find Jesus claiming he is God in the Hindu Vedas.

Jesus said "I am the truth, the way and the light...NO one can come to the Father except through me"

The Quran was written by one man who actually doubted his own truth , the bible was written by over 40 individuals claiming the same truth... It also has no way to forgiveness for sins..Christ is the only person to ever claim he has the power to forgive other peoples sins.,... and let me tell you at least through my own experience, he has removed mine in a real relationship with him..

You're reading the wrong book if you want to know about Jesus... the Hebrew scriptures were written first... the complete bible was cannonized approximately 300 years prior to the creation of the quran.

When one believes in Jesus, they believe in the trinity- the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Therefore, that person believes in the Godhead system. Jesus said, ' He who believes in me believes in the one who sent me.'
