I am a railway conductor. I enjoy music, martial arts, reading, writing, hiking and am very much into the study of the Bible and related subjects-especially eschatology and Christian apologetics. I've done in depth studies on the occult, cults, end times prophecies, creation verses evolution, evidences supporting the accuracy and trustworthiness of the Bible and other topics.I am currently trying my hand at writing a novel as a hobby.I am also an officer in my union and constantly busy.I have done a significant amount of moving within Canada in my life and have been as far east and as far west in Canada as you can go. I've also travelled to Israel,East Africa,USA, Jamaica and the Barbados.I enjoy reading the opinions of those in Yahoo Answers, even those which disagree with mine, and look up the resources and websites given.I hate the racist and insulting remarks I've seen and am unafraid to confess I've flagged a few when I deemed it necessary.I hope to learn and grow from Yahoo Answers.
For Christians: Some Bible study/knowledge required.?
Why did David choose 5 stones when facing Goliath? Why not just 1 stone?
9 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoI have a question for those who deny Jesus Christ ever existed?
Here are some names. Please tell me whether or not you believe they ever existed. If so, why? Please provide evidence that these individuals ever existed. Aristotle, Plato, Julius Caesar, William Shakespeare, Alexander the Great, George Washington, Paul Revere, Thomas Jefferson, King Henry the 8th, Sir Francis Drake, Christopher Columbus, Nero. That should suffice for now.
33 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoDid U know Jesus was about 2 yrs old when the Magi came?
He wasn't an infant, as usually depicted. He was still in Bethlehem at the time. See Matt. 2, especially verse16
8 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoWhy is it necessary for Yahoo Answers to take a breather?
It's all electronic. It's not like those in charge at Answers are answering any questions, for Pete's sake.

The popular stories of evolution are products of imagination driven by preconceived notions, preconceptions and prejudice
7 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoWhy can't evolutionists handle the truth of Geochronology?
I posted a very valid question regarding this topic and was providing evidence after evidence after evidence showing that geochronology -more than 80 clocks- prove the Earth is thousands, not billions of years old. Some thin skinned evolutionist complained and had question removed. If you can't handle the heat, get out of the kitchen. Another example of how evolutionists try to suppress the truth
13 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoQuestion for so called "Christians" who believe in the following theories:?

7 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoA question about the evolutionary age stated about coal seams?
If coal seams are supposed to be at least 100 million years old, why has carbon 14 been found in coal seams? This testing method means coal seams are thousands of years old, not 100 million years old. Why such a huge discrepancy?
4 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoWho said this and where?
If C-14 dating supports evolutionary theories then we put it in main text. If C-14 doesn't entirely disagree with evolutionary teachings we put it in a footnote. If C-14 is completely out of date compared to evolutioanry teachings then we just drop it. (Not very scientific, is it?).

18 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoIs radio-metric dating really reliable?
I will list resources and evidence to support that it is not, later. You can either accept the evidence, or blindly and willingly reject it.
7 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoWhat is your 1 biggest pet peeve regardin driving habits of others?
Please select ony 1 -more than enough for all, I'm sure- and give reason. Be specific, not something like "lousy drivers". After much thought and an inward vote on this I decided mine was drunk drivers. It's because of the deaths, injuries and mayhem they cause and because they should be more accountable and more severely punished then what they are. Drunk drivers know that alcohol impairs judgement and that the odds of causing an accident are great. I think drunk drivers should be more responsible for their actions because no one forced them to drink so much and no one forced them to drive afterwards.
17 AnswersSafety1 decade agoDid you know that unbelievers here are fulfilling Bible prophecy?
And I'll bet they don't even know it. Read 1Peter 3:1-7, which I'll quote in part: "Knowing this first; that scoffers will come in the last days, walking according to their own lusts, and saying, 'Where is the promise of His coming? For since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of creation'." Just one of numerous examples, right Brothers and Sisters in Christ?

6 AnswersWords & Wordplay1 decade agoWhy did Yahoo Answers remove a simple question about the ACLU?
A valid question was asked about the ACLU attempting to remove God from Thanksgiving. Are the people of Yahoo Answers members of the ACLU who got their noses out of joint or are, perhaps, trying to hide something?
3 AnswersYahoo Answers1 decade agoHow is it possible for the bumble bee to fly?
According to the science of aerodynamics, the size, shape, weight and wing size of the bumble bee make it impossible for it to fly. The ostrich and emu have the exact same problems and can't fly yet, as we all know, the bumble bee does fly.Can anyone explain this?

I've often wondered if this is strictly a Canadian tradition -one with which I whole-heartedy agree and enjoy. Are we the only country that does this? Nov.11 is Rememberance day in Canada, lest we forget
