I hurt my arm but there is no visible wound . . .?
well basically I fell and landed on my right arm. now its not welling or anything visible but it really hurts to move my shoulder. Should i go see a doctor or is this just muscle pain that will go away in a few days? IT happened about 24 hours ago and does not really feel much better

this happened to me once. make sure you ice it and stretch it. it is basically just sore from the fall.

I think you should let your doctor check this out to make sure you did no damage to the rota cuff.
