My question is directed to other middle class Republicans...?

Where do you get your Health Insurance from? I have tried many companies, but they are way too expensive for my budget. Thank you.

Update:

I'm sorry. I should have added more information. I don't work anymore. I am not retired, but disabled. I earn, through disablility and Social Security $1003 a month. My rent is $345. My meds are $400. My heating is $200. That leaves me with $58 to get through the month.

So, now does any other Republican know where I can get affordable Health Insurance?

Thank you.

I am a Republican and I had to drop my medical insurance about 6 years ago because it was too expensive. Anything that was really cheaper was not worth having. But obamacare is not the answer. We need reform that makes insurance more affordable not a policy of forcing everyone to buy insurance which is what Obamacare does. I have not needed a doctor since I dropped my insurance and if I did need a doc, I guess the other people of this great country would be paying for it. I completely understand your problem but what the Democrats want to do with reform is so wrong.

FIRST.....I know this is too little too late....but you should have planned for this possible situation .... NOW...... not many options left

SECOND .... Find a way to supplement your income......... I became knowledgeable about antiques and collectibles and used to go to yard sales and then resell items on Ebay....

THIRD...Move to a location where your money buys more..... I rented an apartment....furnished with free water and cable TV for a little over $200.... do not need heating, temperature never goes below 85 degrees..... my phlebotomy costs me under $30..... my medicine; half what it cost stateside..... My food bill for a month is what it cost me a week stateside

.....AND I live in an expensive country.....there are others cheaper than this

I self insure it's work out so far Use to be you could get insured for anything over $10,000 per year but that is not available any more

  • I work to be able to have insurance. Insurance is an option - not a right!
