I have burned an .iso file to a cd which contains the boot.ini file, NTDETECT.COM command prompt and the NTLDR file. Im wondering, if i have these things on a cd and have the computer boot from the disk drive, will i be able to use the command prompt to run a chkdsk and fix my file system?
