Is my diet ok? What else should I do?

Hi everyone

I'm 15 years old, my height is 5'0 and I weigh about 107 lbs(49 KG) and i'm trying to lose a few pounds. This is what i've been eating:

Breakfast: Alpen Light bar

Lunch: Alpen Light bar OR Weight Watchers yogurt

Dinner: Slim-a-soup and one slice of Ryvita cracker bread

Snack: Oaty bar

Excersise: 50-100 sittups a day

The problem is that I keep on binging on weetabix fruit and nut mini's...I always binge on like 2-3 handfuls a day.

Is it ok to binge the way i am now because i eat so little? Also, my weight doesn't seem to be going down :(

Update:

Sometimes I go over board and eat 5 handfuls of mini weetabix :(

    You need to eat more. You are not getting the nutrients your body needs. For breakfast eat a slice of toast, 2 eggs. fresh fruit and a glass of OJ. This will give your body protein and vitamins.

    For lunch has a chef salad, but use a light dressing instead of ranch. Again protein, but is still healthy.

    Dinner, have a boneless skinless chicken breast, tossed green salad and some sort of fresh fruit or veggie.

    Keep working out each day, but add cardio to your plan. At least 30 minutes to start out, then work up to 60 minutes.

    Eating a few handuls a day of fruit and nut stuff is FINE. At your age, you need to be eating more than you are. Its harming your body...its needs nutrients to continue to grow and with your current diet you are not providing it that. I know you think more will only gain weight but that is not true. When you eat so little your body starts storing ANY fat that you do eat. If you eat more, just healthy and continue to work out you will start noticing results!!

    Your diet is fine. And that is not binging honestly. Oh and by the way LeeLoo, I'm 5'4" and 100 pounds and I'm nowhere near underweight. I've got meat on my so I think you'll find you're wrong sorry!

    Your diet sucks (sorry). Here is why:

    You have ZERO protein.

    You have ZERO healthy fats.

    Your ratio of carbs versus your protein/fats is too high.

    Your over all calories are too low.

    You will lose muscle if you continue to eat like this. Therefore impairing/damaging your metabolism.

    When you do binge, those calories will be more readily stored as body fat since your metabolism is impaired.

    God, gain some weight. You are starving yourself!

    In another question a girl answered your question saying that she is 5'4 and 110lbs and is always dieting. That person is UNDERWEIGHT and UNHEALTHY. She should not have been chosen as best answer.

    Yes, your diet is okay. But along with this do regular exercise and within the gym instructor guide.
