How to fix a deflating tire on a ford taurus 2002?

Hi our tire keeps deflating on our car. So we keep refilling it. The mechanic informed us there isn't a tube on the inside. So how are we supposed to fix it? He said something like he could tighten the bolts. Any ideas here? The tire is official ford taurus 2002 tire, which i'm referring to.

Thanks for your thoughts.

Update:

What confuses me though is the fact that they say these tires don't have tubes in them.

I've been a Mechanic for over 20 years

You have 2 choices, you can either take the car down to your local tire shop and have them check it out and fix it on the cheap, or you can go buy a can of Fix a Flat at autozone or your local store.

It's a simple fix for a professional, your mechanic is obviously not a professional.

You need to find the leak. It could be a small puncture, a leaky inflation valve, a bent rim on the wheel, or rust developing around the bead. The repair technique will depend on why it's leaking. The lug nuts have nothing to do with a leak. It sounds as if you need to find another mechanic.

Tubeless tires have been used on cars almost exclusively for almost 50 years. There are no cars today that use tubes.

Run it down to your local Discount tire or other tire shop. They can take care of it for little or nothing. You know, this is what they do for a living.

    Oh, and find another mechanic.

get them checked out. the beads probably arent seeding right or u got a small pinhole in the tire somewhere. take it to a different mechanic. the bolts or lugnuts have nothing to do with the tire keeping air

You need to take your vehicle to tire shop. They will be able to determine if there is a leak or nail into the tire. They will be able to take the wheel off the vehicle and test it for leak into the water. If there is a leak, he will be able to patch it at a minimal price.

have the tires check its possible its loosing the oxygen wait, or better yet get another new set of tires
