Safe ways to raise my blood pressure?

I'm 6 weeks pregnant, and my blood pressure is way too low. I've been feeling lightheaded and dizzy for the past week, and went to see the urgent care doctor yesterday. When they took my BP, it was 80/60. An hour and a half later, it was 90/59. The doctor concluded that the low BP was because of dehydration, but I still feel ucky today. What are some safe ways to raise my blood pressure without presenting harm to my baby?

Update:

I've been drinking water and gatorade all day (and occasionally some 7Up for the all-day sickness). I didn't have this problem with my first pregnancy; typically my BP is 120/80.

Well since he said it was caused by dehydration...drink...drink...drink. And not sugary sodas or juices. Drink stuff with electrolytes. Having someone make you angry or stressed out will raise it too but frankly, if you're having trouble keeping it at a normal level by yourself, it probably best to talk to your doctor about alternatives.

What I would do is first, drink fluids and get yourself hydrated. If it doesnt reach a normal level after that, consult your doctor.
