If our president and his admin continue their course would our military have grounds to stop them?
the president and the liberals are starting to infringe upon the constitution and the first and foremost duty of the military is to defend it and us against all enemies both foreign and domestic,I am not saying military overthrow but refusing to obey unlawful orders.
A lot of people forget that our armed forces are beholden to the constitution before the president and congress. If it did come to it they would be required by their oaths to defend the country and constitution against this power hungry administration. It is only a matter of time before obama and his cronies attempt to change the constitution for their benefit,at that point the militay has no choice but to act,and they will not have a problem removing obama being as they are the most concentrated group of anti-liberal people in the nation thank god,if the military were liberal based we would be in moratl danger because they would want to talk to rather than stand against the enemies of our nation, talking has a use but can only go so far,you have to be willing to fight when need be.

I am all for a military coup.

Most unlikely.
The only situation I could imagine this happening is if the Supreme Court ruled something to be unconstitutional and attempts were made by Congress and the President to do it anyway.
Please note that "Obama and his cronies" are allowed to attempt to change the Constitution all they want, for anyone's benefits. As long proposed amendments pass Congress and are ratified by 3/4 States, they are legal, even if you consider them against the spirit of the Constitution. An amendment banning gun ownership would be entirely legal because it alters the text of the Constitution, but such an amendment would never pass.
Unless the other two branches of government continue to do unconstitutional things while the Supreme Court declares them unconstitutional would the military be allowed to intervene to protect the Constitution. This will, however, never ever happen.

Of course it is constitutional. Social Security and Medicare are mandated - the payment process is a little different.
It's patently absurd to suggest that all the involved lawmakers and President Obama, a former professor of constitutional law, would sponsor a bill with a huge constitutional flaw.

I don't think they would unless Obama actually moved to suspend the Constitution.

"...against all enemies foreign and domestic..."
I do love how the most common liberal response is a redirection on Bush. Stop "enlightening" yourselves and get an education.

It is unfortunate that our administration is able to step on toes and jump the line to be able to get what they want. I do believe that this healthcare bill is unconstitutional, we should not be forced into anything.

So they passed some legislation. By majority vote. Does that sound unconstitutional, really?
This isn't the end of the republic, and there isn't going to be a coup.

If they didn't pull a coup during the Bush administration they never will.
