Language in a fantasy novel?
I am going to attempt writing a fantasy novel but I'm relatively new to the genre. I would like it to be set in the middle ages, not in this world, but am unsure on what their language should be like. I'm assuming they should speak with an old english dialect. Does this sound right? Any helpful links regarding language in fantasy novels or tips would be greatly appreciated.

i would suggest Elizabethan English or old English as some would call it which is being like what ye would speak at the times of our goof king , Arthur pendragon, an example phrase.
