What L.E.D. should I use?
I want to make lighted balloons for a balloon release on the 4th of July. I have 200 clear balloons and 200 3V lithium batteries. Now I need 200 red, white and blue L.E.D. bulbs that I can tape the leads directly to the battery. I know you would normally use a resistor, but these only need to last for 5-6 hours. I have seen this done all over youtube but no one answers what L.E.D. light will work well. Ideas? Of course, I'm looking to go way cheap for a one time use.

Even ordering direct from HongKong is OK. It's cheap and the guys ship stuff in an air-mail envelope including all the customs paperwork attached. I've ordered lots of stuff on E-bay direct from HongKong.
