How can a crow be so smart with such a small brain? The research on crow intelligence is only 10 years old or so. What has been found is that they do have the ability to make and use tools something only humans and chimpanzees can do. So the size of the brain does not the sole determining factor in measuring intelligence. Even Einstein had a smaller than average brain size.

Einstein’s brain was removed during an autopsy after he died in April 1955 at age 76. Dr. Thomas Harvey, the pathologist who performed the autopsy, cut the brain into pieces and preserved it in formaldehyde for scientific study. The overall size of Einstein’s brain is unremarkable. It actually weighed a third of a pound less than the three-pound average of adult males.

With all this information can we say with certainly that the cave man were less intelligent than we are? What makes them less evolved? How can we measure intelligence from fossils? What causes intelligence?

Job 28:20-28 KJV Whence then cometh wisdom? and where is the place of understanding? (21) Seeing it is hid from the eyes of all living, and kept close from the fowls of the air. (22) Destruction and death say, We have heard the fame thereof with our ears. (23) God understandeth the way thereof, and he knoweth the place thereof. (24) For he looketh to the ends of the earth, and seeth under the whole heaven; (25) To make the weight for the winds; and he weigheth the waters by measure. (26) When he made a decree for the rain, and a way for the lightning of the thunder: (27) Then did he see it, and declare it; he prepared it, yea, and searched it out. (28) And unto man he said, Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom; and to depart from evil is understanding.

nicely dolphins and elephants i'm informed, have tremendously great brains. people on the different hand have rather small brains. however the adult males of all 3 species nonetheless can no longer decide how a bra works. So i assume length does not rely. *chuckle*
