How to handle this situation?

I have been trying my hardest to train these two newcomers at the office. For instance: how to handle the front office situation, paperwork, and other stuff that we in the front office is supposed to be doing.

For the past two weeks, these newcomers are not doing a good job. 1) They have bitchy attitudes while you're trying to train them. Then before finishing or starting a sentence about the training stuff, they say "we already know". They know nothing. 2) Then they try to hide things to try to figure out what to do with the paperwork that comes in to the office. This office is a life and death situation. It's a clinic for goodness sake. 3) They are so bossy to the people in the office and can't talk nicely to the people in the office. There is more, but What suggestions do you all have for me to deal with? Do I contact go in tomorrow morning and discuss this situation with the main boss or the manager. The manager isn't doing anything about it. The CEO doesn't do anything about it. I have no way around. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!! Serious answers only!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    You should put those newcomers in their place. But I gotta ask, maybe you're micromanaging or talking to them like they're 5 yrs old while training them? That might be reasons why they're getting bitchy around you. If you feel that you're not doing that, then you should bluntly tell them not to show so much attitude. Talk to the CEO and express your concerns. Tell him/her that the new employees are causing a negative impact to the clinic because they don't listen and are rude to other co-workers. If the CEO doesn't do anything, call him/her out on it.

    Kyle Petty?!! You hafta be kidding. Also, I recall Mark Martin a pair years in the past announcing that part the men at the monitor don't have a license to force, permit on my own force in NASCAR. Also, someone honestly mentioned Stewart, lmao. I could need to cross with Carl Edwards, Burton, Kahn.
