May I add this scripture to yours which helps make sense. For no one truly understands the power of God in the highest heaven. Whether it's the end of the world or not, I truly believe a change is coming. God is about to do something no eyes of man has ever seen. And when he has done it, not many shall be left, and I'm not talking about a rapture.

St. Matthews, 13; 49. So shall it be at the end of the world: the angel shall come forth, and sever the wicked from among the just.

Don't be surprised if you wake one morning and all evil has been destroyed. God works in mysterious ways, and to add to this scripture I give you Proverbs, 10; 30. The righteous shall never be removed: but the wicked shall not inhabit the earth.

Now get righteous with God one on one. No church can save you only you yourself can. 1 Corinthians 2; 5. That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.

Yes, I'm a fool, but Gods fool, and I could care less what the world thinks of me. What the Father in the highest heaven thinks of me is much more important to me than what men think of me.

Remember, Gods ways are not mans ways.

The Mayans believe it will be the completion of the evolution of collective consciousness and not the end of the world. Since according to Hermetic philosophy events on earth herald events in higher invisible realms, we may see catastrophic scenarios increase until such time as this "completion" is reached. The influx of spiritual intellect took form at its budding in the 60s as a world wide revolution in new astral related drugs, music, art of all kinds, demonstrations and shifting paradigms that promoted our connectedness. What is now becoming obvious is that this world was never meant for genius and for it to exist, it must create another. How much that we now cherish as virtue will soon be rejected as meanness. Yes, "we shall all be changed" tho the twinkling of an eye may not be comparable to our quick blink. The twinkling of our Creator's eye will not violate the laws of Nature, mon, but shall surely illuminate the extent of the powers of the heart not yet known. Free will suggests that while the world lasts, the sun will gild the mountain-top before it shines upon the plain. This also explains Rev. Ch. ? that speaks of what stands outside the gates of the kingdom of God.

1 Corinthians 51,52 is about mankind's spiritual changes to come. The discovery of the true nature of reality is to come to those whom seek it and are open to it. The changes to come are also noted within Revelation with the 1000 yr reign of Christ and Satan cast into the pit; this is the symbolism for ego being set aside and man learning of his spiritual self and not allowing ego to rule as it has in the past.

The is no literal trumpet sound or God like entity coming from a cloud to hurt anyone. The world changes are spiritual and not about causing pain and suffering to anyone.

Bible literalistic can learn little of truth by following the narrowed doctrines of churches or states.

There are those whom profess to "Believe" in Christ. Ask them what this means and they will most probably say " I believe Christ died on the cross for my sins"...

What does this mean in a true spritual sense? Nothing that I can see, feel or hear. This is the Literalist views of reality, they simply take the lay view absent thinking what Christ was saying and follow the Church off the Rapidly approaching cliff.

As Christ is observed in many cultures differently we have different views coming up all over; it was man whom made the views into a Church, not Christ.

As Christ is obsevred to have associations with Whores, drunks and such we see the modern Churches openly CONDEMING all that Christ embraced in "Gods name" while Ignoring the lessons of the Christ. Take the Westboro Baptist Church, the Church whom yells at the funerals of Soldiers that "they desrved to die" and so on. This perversion is what opens the eyes of the wise into Christ true teachings as it forces one to look at what they are stating in Gods name much more closely.

What is Christ? Christ is the Perfect model for mankind; the Apostles are the models for an imperfect mankind; CHRIST shows what one must become to find truth in reality(that truth is God) and the Apostles show what we are today, that imperfect model interacting with truth (Christ).

And 2012. Means zilch. The Mayan Calander was based on 5000 years and simply ends that date. We all have calandars that are based on 365 days that end each yr and nothing happens...

Incidently, the Mayans have 12 Gods and one primary central God...

    12 Apostles, 1 Christ..

The Zodiac has 12 characteristics of mankind...

    The 12 acts of Hurculeas...

    and more.

    Sme message, different cultures.

So glad you see you back on the board Jah. Somehow , I've been missing your great questions Son.

I don't put much emphasis on any predictions made by humans in any case Jah. I do know the Mayans are famous for their predictions and their predictions are based on many factors that can be proved and bares evidence in Science many times. But I still hold tight to God's several warnings and scriptures in the Bible and Jesus as well when he says, "No man shall know the time of their demise....This refers greatly to the end of times. And as for all the turmoil that is going on in our great country, don't put too much bearing in it as well. America was bound to take a dip in success sooner or later. Every great country has to experience these things. How else can they learn from mistakes if they don't experience what we've been through in the past half century...and we made some major ones ...

I do not subscribe to the 2012 hysteria myself on the grounds that Christ stated that no-one knows the day or the hour when the Son of Man will return, and the verses that you quote refer to the second coming of the Lord.

    God bless.

    Nope...

But that has reference of when Christ comes at the last trump and we are all changed in to our spirit body and the millenium starts.

Rev 10:7 But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.

I wouldn't put too much stock on 2012. It's not for us to know the time of the coming, and even if we did, we should be prepared all the time. It is a good and encouraging reminder though.

Why is this question only for believers in christ. Most christians dont even have a bible to hand , leave alone read it.It means we will all be changed back into our spiritual forms at the sound of the last trumpet.
