How to stop itching in legs and ankles when bathing?
When i get ready to have a bath, as soon as i take my socks off after a day at work ,and get in the water , my legs and specially my ankles start to itch scratching is OK for a bit , but not a really good idea . which products should i avoid , IE-soap i tend to use baby bath and other baby wash ,but a nurse old me some of these are worse than adult wash products. I am male in my 40s .thanks

Get yourself a rough flannel, a loofah or even better a pair of those bath gloves, soap them up and give yourself a good ol' body scrub!
It'll get rid of all the old dead skin cells off your body (which makes the new skin underneath itch to get out), it'll sooth the itchiness without digging too deep into your skin (like fingernails) and you'll feel spit-spot brand new when you get out.
If your skin feels a bit tight when you're dried off, love yourself all over with some moisturiser, or body butter, or Johnson's baby lotion.... whatever you like.
