Snowman animation where no one talked?

It was one of those animated movies -

can't remember much

But yes

Snow, snowman, footprints (lol), no talking?, nice music

It played on either the disney channel or ABC??

I don't think it played on cartoon network.

from a LONG time ago.

Ring any bells? I've been trying to remember forever!

    That'd be The Snowman (the song "i'm walking on the aiiiiiiiir" plays throughout....and they go flying over the countryside)
