I need to know if...?

There is any legal way to switch my gaurdinship over to my older brother without my mothers consent or if in Montana my mother can make me move back in with her? I'm 17 what are the laws????????????????

    In Montana the age of majority is 18 and emancipation is only granted in cases of abuse or neglect. The runaway laws are pretty brutal, if you're reported as such and found by the police you are held until the state can haul everyone in for an intervention.
