    In the US the average is about $25,000. The schools will tell you much more, but that's just so you'll enroll.

    Not much, fresh out of school with no medical assistant experience or experience in the medical field at all depending on where you leave you will most likely make between 10-12 a hr.

    However if you have experience and hold some extra credentials like EKG tech, X-ray tech and you work for a Specialist you can make more 13-17hr.
