TTC, temping, and feeling sickly?

I temp vaginally. I had a great temp rise, but I've also been feeling like crap today. I temped orally today and it showed I did not have a fever.

Is this an actual temp rise? Or could it be because I'm not feeling good? I don't have a fever, so would vaginal temps be affected by illness?

Here's my chart:

I'm also hoping I actually O'd around CD25 or so (or even CD34) because if my O date FF gave me is right, then my timing is wrong :( (DH had some major allergies during that time or we would have had some play time).

Update:

I have PCOS and am using Soy Isoflavones to ovulate. Which I did get a +OPK and ovulation pain last cycle. With some missed temps, I may have missed the temp shift.

Update 2:

I'm also using DCI 1200mg, Fish Oil 1360mg, and Prenatal vitamins.

Your chart does not show ovulation just yet. Looking back at all your charts, it looks like you are anovulatory. There is no clear evidence of ovulation in any of your charts, even the one where you had a +OPK.

After ovulation, your temp should rise 0.5 - 1 deg F and stay up for approx. 14 days. Have a look around Fertility Friend for ovulatory charts - you'll see what I mean. With a clear temp shift, the chart should look like the profile of two steps - a lower step, then a rise to a higher step. Your charts don't do that.

Have you talked to your doctor about getting on some kind of ovulation induction drug? Clomid is the gold standard but Femara is another.

    Good luck!
