I had the same problem a while back. What you basically have to do, is download an anti-virus from a disk because the program blocks everything from the internet from being downloaded.

this nasty program known as security tool is a rogue spyware fake program, anyways, to get it off, follow the removal instructions within this link

Malwarebytes free .

SuperAntiSpyware Free

Update them and do a quick scan with both apps .
The above two are legit and free programs .
