We will become aware that we can deliberately increase our capacity and intelligence, i.e., evolve our minds. We will then begin the process of understanding what it truly means to be human.

I don't know, and I don't think anyone does. Scientists have probably made predictions. If we do in fact evolve and have the chance to( which would mean the Earth will not end before Evolution happens) it will be in a looooooooooooooooooooonnnnnnnnnnnggggggggggggggg time.

God knows (excuse the pun). With our quite advanced healthcare nowadays, pretty much everyone is being given a chance to live and reproduce. This means that even the 'weakest' of us will reproduce alongside the 'strongest' ones.
Evolution will still happen, as it always does, but it wont go on with any strongest set paths with human beings currently.
Quite cool for me personally; I'm one of the weakest. If it weren't for this healthcare, I'd probably be dead by now. Hurray!

We're likely to live longer and get taller/bigger, at least this seems to be what is suggested by the general trends. However, there are no fixed "stages" or "goals" for evolution, it is the change in alles across time.

Evolution doesn't work in stages, it is dynamic

well right now we are global, to have an evolutionary advance in diversity of species we need a global catastrophe to separate us into smaller isolated groups where our strengths and weaknesses will be exploited shaping our evolutionary path.
