The pipes in my house are moaning after water is run, I believe this is coming from the pressure tank, but...?

what can I do to stop the pipes from moaning. I have already checked the toilet plumbing and also once drained all the pipes and refilled them to make sure no air was in them. I am pretty sure its coming from the pressure tank that was installed with a new water heater.

the pressure tank is possible, but have your water department check their pressure, i have had the same problem. their pressure could be high & can result in a line burst, or several.

looks like the water tank is not the fault after all the tank hold the water and the head pressure is high

suggest try to open another valve perhaps in the kitchen valve full open and observe if the moaning sound as stated is still there if not, feel the shower head mixing valve may be the problem this is causing a vibration in the line, this can be done either way change the valve diapharm in side which may be either a nylon or rubber, or you may have to reduce the pressure from the outlet of the head tank by shutting down few turns. good luck

maximum water strains enter at 3/4" and are kept that length until eventually branching off for something of the homestead into a million/2" strains. more beneficial pipes enhance volume, yet stress is more beneficial in smaller diameters, its like putting your thumb over a hose. Its probable no longer the dimensions of the pipes. Is it warm and chilly stress, or in undemanding words the nice and comfy water? If its in undemanding words the nice and comfy it will be a valve isn't totally open or is clogging with deposits. If its the finished homestead it will be a straightforward valve, or if its always been low, it will be that your homestead is close to the properly of provide strains (the stress to the homestead is basically low). if it rather is the case, you will get a stress boosting pump, no longer precisely low-priced, yet they artwork properly.
