Will "The Big Pavelski" lead the Sharks to the cup?
Keep in mind that Heatley was playing hurt and way less than 100% during the series so to ask that #1 line to produce as they did in the regular season is pushing it a bit. The Sharks dominated the series out-shooting the Avs 243-149 so saying the Sharks got lucky is not a valid statement. It is going to be an interesting playoff season that's for sure.

I don't think the sharks will go, just based on their playoff history, but who knows, I'd love to see it happen!
But if they don't they'll all say " time to go golfing" and then Pavelski will say
"Ah f*** it dude, let's go bowling!"

I would say no for two reasons. Joe Pavelski had a good series but that doesn't mean he will be leading the Sharks next series or the one after that. More likely Thornton, Marleau, or Heatley will step up thier game and be the true leaders this post season. Secondly, I think the Caps, or Penguins will beat them in the finals.

Flareman you say it is more likely that Thornton, Marleau or Heately will.
While I doubt that they will win the cup if they do they can thank Big Joe Pavelski. He is the reason they survived this series, 5 G 8 A a plus 6 and two game winning goals.
The other Big Joe- 3 measly assists one of them coming on an empty net goal.
Without Pavalski's play the lose this series and Thornton and co are back on the golf course. He thornton as never shown any ability to step up is game when it matters most. NHL playoffs? annual no show. Olympics- invisible. A waste of cap space come playoff time.

I don't know about lead, but he will definitely makes some key plays like he always does in the playoffs. As others said, the Sharks need the top line to step up. If they don't it will be very difficult to win another series.

No. They wont even make it to the Cup. Its either gonna be Chicago or Detroit from the West and The Pens or Caps from the East.
Pavelski is good but Thorton, Marleau and Heatly need to step up if the Sharks even want to make it to the next round. They were lucky to get by the Avs.

No, one player will not win a Stanley Cup. The Sharks got past the first round but that's as far as they're going to get. The fist line threesome is soft and Nabakov is not good enough.
