Electronic cigarettes?

Anyone tried these? What are the pros and the cons? I just returned from a vacation where finding a place to smoke was very difficult. What's your opinion?

My opinion is they are the greatest things since... sliced bread! LOL

Best advice I got was to do some research BEFORE you spend 1 penny. Check out videos on you tube or vapetube.com. Read about them on some unbranded forums like vapersforum.com or e-cigarette-forum.com. Check the National Vapers Club for any local clubs you could possibly hook up with to try some products. Only after you've done at least a little research, THEN buy one. Other wise you could wind up over paying for POS model or not getting one that will fit your needs.

Check it out! You won't be sorry. You're gonna love it!

I agree with Lisa, well save for her choice of forum to search in that starts with an E. Vapersforum is good though. I also have a place you can learn more about them: http://electroniccigarettespot.com/ and it has a lot about the politics and such as well, but the forums are also good to hear from users and see what they like.

    The Pros are:

No smoke, no fire, no tar, cost less

    The cons are:

    Have to charge them

Might get a cheapy with some free trial offer

(be really careful of these, the $9.95 they charge you not only covers their wholesale cost of these cheap things and their shipping and still leaves a buck or two in profit, but later you get hit with $80 bucks or more which could have bought you a great kit to start with and then you get signed up for the autoship cartridges, which IMHO are not really the best. Ecigs are like anything else, you get what you pay for, ask yourself why the established / reputable companies charge 50-150 bucks and these guys are giving you one for 10? hum.....)

and for the three part "fill your own":

Handle liquid nicotine (keep out of reach of the kiddos!! Can kill a small child or pet if they drink the bottle. It's still nicotine so treat with caution)

While you can't "smoke everywhere" since the anti smoking folks are spending millions to have ecigs added to smoking bans because they might confuse folks and encourage real smokers to light up or their silly fear of "second hand vapor" (it's not smoke you idiots!!), you can vape in more places than you can smoke.

And i'm not sure if it's a pro or a con, lol, depends on how you look at it, but you certainly will turn a few heads and get asked a lot of questions when vaping in public!

    Good luck in your search!

I agree with Lisa and E Cig Guy.

Greatest thing since sliced bread. I've been vaping for few months. It was the only thing that actually worked for me I tried everything.

I choose the 808 it is a reliable, it is the newer 2 piece unit, cheap parts/accessories and it is refillable so it only cost me around $35 a MONTH to smoke.

I bought 2 starter kits (his & hers...lol) from Epic-Vapor. Brian was extremely helpful, he answered all of our questions before we bought. I buy refill juice from both epic-vapor & vapor4life I love their flavors and both have VERY good customer service. I never knew smoking could taste so good :)
