Can i debunk the myth that almonds increase your memory?

are there studies that prove this myth wrong?

    actually almonds, walnuts and the like do help with our brains and memory, and it has been proven , but you can personally 'debunk' anything even if it is true.

    it is just a myth spreaded by old people and our ancestors

    it is just a good source of carbs and some protein...

    memory can be improvedd only by studying
