Could I have a middle ear infection?
My symptoms are:
Foggy headed/pressurized feeling in head
Ears cracking when opening jaw
Ears popping when swallowing
Tiny bit of head pain, but happens rarely
Slight dizziness, but nothing too severe
These symptoms come and go every couple days for about 1 1/2 weeks. They never go away 100%, I still feel the slight pressurized feeling when all the other symptoms go away.
It's making me really worried. Could it be an inner ear infection? Could it be something else? Suggestions are appreciated. Thanks !
Also, sneezing helps relief the symptoms.

it could be allot of things. one, yes it could be a ear infection but if so, expect to have a sore throat soon and also a upper respiratory infection.
see, your ears, eyes, nose, and pharynx/ larynx are all connected by a small tube that runs from your ear. this tube some time fill with mucous or if you had a episode of crying, tears. putting pressure on the ear drum and pushing it against the ear canal.
if you have been flying or swimming could also cause your ear to be pressurized. now remember, there could be allot more things. one small test to perform is lay on your back and move your head very fact from left to right- if you become dizzied then it not an infection, it would be an abnormal equilibrium in your ear that due to calcium deposits.
your ears balances you. and again it could simple allergy or sinus infection.

If you are asking me any ear infection is serious. If you are telling me then you have seen a doctor? Middle ear infections happen in the part of the ear that helps with balance. If the doctor prescribed meds take them try not to drive an automobile if all possible. One main symptom is dizziness. Be careful with your bad self!
