What are some anxiety tips?
I've got a few ideas, just wondering if there are some that really work well. Thanks for all the answers

When I get really nervous and anxious, because I have those issues, the thing I found to help me most was to
1. Realize what was going on...obviously I was becoming nervous
2. I would then take a couple deep breaths and reassure myself of what ever is bothering me will soon be over or w/e applies in that situation
3. I would then continue to just breath and try to relax and think of things that make me happy and try to take the situation and look at is as the "glass half-ful" thing.
Ex. Instead of having to be away from home for 3 days / In only 3 days I'll be home

find the cause of the anxiety. ie. stress, improper diet, lack of sleep or exercise, or genetic predisposition. anxiety symptoms are ususally in the form on an adrenaline rish
