I bought a used house that has an old ADP burglar alarm system. How can I disarm it permanently?
I don't even know the code for the alarm. I want to install new blinds on my windows, but the alarm's window sensors are in the way. How can I permanently disarm the alarm so that I can remove the window sensors without having problems with false alarms?

You should be able to find the power for the alarm box and remove it. Usually a plug in transformer. Or open the box and disconnect the power connections.
