What would be a good use for spinach water?

A friend gave me a bushel of spinach. I washed it several times to remove the sand. Then I heated water and blanched the spinach. I put it in freezer bags and froze it. The heated water is what I have left. It tastes really good, so I decided to put it in jars and keep it for soup or whatever. Can you suggest other uses?

Use it in recipes that call for stock or water - in vegetable soup, to boil pasta, or in gravies or sauces.

When I drain canned tomatoes or blanch veggies, I save the liquid in a freezer-safe container, and use it as described above. It boosts the nutrient content of whatever you're cooking and adds flavor.
