Your question doesn't make sense. If a movie mentions the name of a couple of specific countries, does it make sense to ask if the movie should mention one of the two particular countries?
The Scripture talks about women and then it talks about men (like naming the two countries in the movie). You asked about women (like asking if the movie should mention one of the two particular countries).
There being no question here, therefore there is no answer. ("If a movie mentions Russia and Spain, shouldn't the movie also mention Spain?" - like DUH! )
