I feel sick every day. Why?

Every morning I get dizzy and/or nauseated. I'm always really fatigued, too. I'm not pregnant, and this has been going on for years. It makes it hard to get anything done. It lasts for hours! I had blood work done last month and every thing came fine. The doctor didn't seem to worried about it, but she didn't explain what was going on, either.

Has anyone else experienced this? Do you know what it is?

Keep a journal of everything you eat & drink, even if just water, gum or a coffee. Write down where you go, keep track of when you go to bed, literally record all details about living your life.

You'll need to be an investigator on yourself. Perhaps you have a food allergy, perhaps you're being exposed to some chemicals or toxins. Maybe you're blood sugar is really low and all you need is breakfast. Perhaps you actually are sick. Who knows?

Keep a detailed journal on yourself, and work with your doctor.

Have you been checked for a gluten allergy? Or any other food allergies? I was sick for a very long time, and finally discovered I had a gluten allergy (Gluten is a binding agent used in bread, pasta, etc.) It can make you very tired and feel like you cant think straight. Hope this helps!

I wonder if it might be a condition called ME? It is a hard one to diagnose, but have a look at the link and see if anything rings any bells?
