So what annoys you most? Recently in a hotel on Tenerife my wife and I witnessed the shameful spectacle of an elderly brit male reducing the Spanish girl on the dining room reception desk to tears for nothing more than asking to see his dinner card. Apprently she'd asked to see it the previous day and that should have been good enough in his eyes. The thought that she couldn't possibly keep 500 plus faces in her head, especially as they were constantly changing, obviously never crossed his tiny mind. Other Brits in the dining room were disgusted and many went to support her. As for drunkeness and lud behaviour, sadly many resorts in Spain now have to suffer this, especially from younger groups and stag and hen nights. Who agrees?
Cuerocrat has a good point, we often see perents with undisciplined and whiney children, and for a small child a plane journey can be a nightmare and they can also make it one for everyone else on the plane.
Peter the Wise, didn't really want to say it but as you've brought it up, one of my pet hates is seeing elderly women who should know a damn sight better sunbathing topless. BLEEEAAAGGGHH!

you did,nt put down screaming children, with irresponsible parents who have no more sense than take kids under 2 years old abroad so they can have a holiday themselves,
these sproggs are not used to the heat, or food, or being kept up to all hours so their parents can sit in pubs boozing till all hours, these folk have no consideration for other people...
we,ve all saved up to get our yearly holiday in the sun...
show some commonsense people and wait till your kids are over 5 years old, and they can have a good time as well...!!!

I don't go to places where such things happen. The last thing I want on holiday is a bunch of Brits demanding chicken tikka, drinking lager from dawn to dusk and shouting English at the waiters.
I eat local food, try to fit in with local customs, including dress, and make some attempt to speak the local language.

All the answers are stupid, reflecting the low nature of the survey and the stupidity of the survey organisers. By far the most repulsive thing on holiday is seeing fat ugly working class Britons and loud-mouthed Americans expose their horrid obese white bodies to the sun.

I'd say 2, 3, 5, 6, and 7 on your list. It's interesting that you're most annoyed by your fellow Brits, while I'm most embarrassed on behalf of my fellow Americans. I guess we want our fellow citizens to be good representatives of our countries.
