Am I allowed to celebrate Victoria Day in the USA?

Do you even understand who Queen Victoria grew to become and why Canadians have exciting her birthday? (i'm particular some fellow Canadians don't understand the respond the two!). First of all, Eric you must be a Canadian. Americans have no idea that today is Victoria day or any other holiday. Case in point, It is a holiday in Europe today also, and you have no idea what holiday it is.

How could anyone stop you from celebrating any day you please? In fact, you could almost put together a full year of holiday celebrations from various countries around the globe. Now wouldn't that be an interesting project?
