Is this true about adding friends on Facebook if you live in America?
Hi there thanks for dropping by....
Wanted to know on American Facebook is it true that if you delete someone off your friends list then request to add them again its not possible because thats American Law?
The reason I am asking is because My bf and I had a HUGE argument and from the email he sent me i thought he broke up with me so i deleted him off facebook to be able to make a clean break, later he came back and said that he didnt mean what he said in the way it sounded and he was just angry thats why he said it. So i asked him today if he'd like to reconnect on facebook and messenger so he said that the law of the land states that once you 'defriend' a person you cant have them back on your profile is this true?
oh and i am currently living in south africa and here if you delete someone and then re add them it allows you to do it, i know coz i just tried it with one of my friends.

He is full of crap. You can delete and add the same person here. My brother and deleted his ex like 3 times.

Nope, completely untrue. That is the most outrageous lie i've ever heard. I have friends that I havd had quirrels with, and weve deleted and readded each other a few times.
