What is the exact formula in formula one?
I would guess it is something like weight must =x times the horsepower of the car, or wheelbase times the length of the car must = a certain number or something. Is there in fact a set formula? If so what is it? How often do they change it? Is there a formula two? formula 3?

"Formula" is a term meaning a single seat open wheel racing car. Formula One is the highest level, and there has been Formula Two and Formula Three in the past. Right now, in the interests of keeping those marketing dollars flowing, they are referred to as GP2 and GP3.
The exact technical specifications cover several dozen pages, but it is basically limited to an engine of eight cylinders, and 2.4 liters of displacement. Here are some links:

I don't know what the exact formula is, but Ecclestone and Mosley keep peeing in it for some reason.
Seriously though, the "formula" in the name refers to a set of rules to which all participants' cars must comply. The "1" indicates it's the highest class of single seater racing.

"Formula" is a term meaning a single seat open wheel racing car. and the one is just because it is the highest in terms of quality of popularity and ability.:)
