strange pain in my chest, what could it be?

ok, not to sound stupid or overdramatic, im not having a heart attack or anything serious, i would of called for help if i was in that state lol.

anyways ive been getting weird pains in my chest the last week or two, its not all the time and only quickly happens, i havent got heartburn or anything like that as it happens with or without food etc. and it only lasts a few seconds and sharply goes across my chest.

is this the early signs of anything???

ill go to the docs anyways but wanted a first opinion. :)

Update:

the alien reply is epic!... well done sir ill give your a thumbs up :)

but on a serious note, is this anything to worry about?

I have the exact same thing as you. I went to the doctors twice got chest xrays done and I came out normal. This has been going on for about 5 months, so I have learned to just live with it. I think mine is anxiety because the pains only come when I am by myself and not with friends.

Or it may be the harmless Precordial catch syndrome. Google that name and there will be info on it.

And a Sharp stabbing pain is a sign that it is nothing respiratory (lungs, heart).

Often you both have a stomach malicious program otherwise you ate something that disagreed with you. Nonetheless, that anything is commonly not from this morning nevertheless from last night time time. Also, if this continues taking place to you, cross to the health care professional and discover if probably you're lactose intolerant. This happens to me sometimes, too. I'm not sure what it is either, but I think it either has to do with breathing incorrectly. I don't think enough air gets into the lungs and that's when the sharp pain occurs. Try relaxing and doing some yoga. And more importantly- don't forget to breathe.
