I think some of us not familiar with the modern music scene thought you were referring to the "other" Rush, you know, the right-wing neo-national-socialist type that is known for not checking his facts. What exactly is "accumenicalism?" Are you talking about Ecumenism? If so that is a reaching out to other Christian churches and people, so that we can be welcoming to all. It has nothing to do with trying to convert atheists, who are just fine without our reaching out. All you will do is turn more people away. Let folks live and believe what they choose to believe. You haven't the authority to try to reach out and convert anyone. All you can do is live your life so that others wish to emulate it. I doubt you would be happy about atheists reaching out to you and trying to open your eyes.
