How do you use the action replay for Pokemon Heart Gold?
I just got the action replay from my friend and he didn't give me a disc or usb cable. I put in the codes and everything, but the cheat won't work. So can anyone clarify this for me? I think my problem is when they tell me to active it by clicking (R+L), but idontknow.

first of all, make sure the code for the game is the right code, check on the action replay code website to see if the game code is the same, and if the codes have the right sequence. try to look for codes outside the website, although some don't work the ones that do are awsome. you could also enter codes manually (takes forever, but its worth it if your patient)

Double-check that everything matches the codes you put in, along with the Game ID.

Then check the codes, most of them probibly at http://us.codejunkies.com/search/codes/Pokemon-Hea... . Also, you might want to ask your friend for the PC Disc and USB Cable. They help a lot with long codes.
