How would gamestop.com ship this?

I am going to buy the MW2 resurgence bundle, it comes with a free 1600 ms point card (only online) and need to know how it would would be shipped, both in the same package or what?

    I've never ordered anything like that but i will probably be an email with the code instead of an actual card.
