If a 20,000 day war started on a Tuesday, what day will be the last day of the war?

I am pretty sure it is a Wednesday, but let me know what you get.

    20000 divided by 7 is 2857 with a remainder of 1. So it will end 2857 weeks, plus one more day, after it started. So you're right, it will end on a Wednesday.

    20000/7 = 2857.143 weeks ( = 54.945 years!)

    1 = Tuesday

    8 = Tuesday

    15 = Tuesday

    1+7n ~ 20000 --> n ~ 2857

    1 + 7(2857) = 20000 = Tuesday
