Valentino's interview MotoGP?

In question 5's answer

http://www.motogp.com/en/news/2010/qa+with+valenti...

Valentino states

"I know I have a bike for next year and I don't need to rush my return to demonstrate anything. "

Considering his contract runs out at the end of this year.

And its likely Lorenzo will win the championship (Barring any accidents)

Does this mean the Tex 3 team will be the same for 2011.

Or is there something we dont know ?

Has Ducati actually signed him ?

is this the reason Casey might be signed up to HRC.

Any thoughts or speculations

Lets face it, Vale will have a ride untill HE says he does not want to!

Casey IS going to Honda next year, will he be on the 'factory' HRC ...... Me thinks not. Repsol will not want him. He hates doing PR work.

A 3rd factory setup will be made up with a small time sponsor in place ( ala Rizzla & Monster, who are said to be paying less the $5 million dollar each for the effort. ) to keep Mr Honda happy.

Vale will be back on a YRT full factory setup in 2011. As for Jorge ...... Proberbly not. He will walk the title this year and jump ship to his mate Phillip Morris carrying the no:1 plate for a smooth $40 million on a 3 year deal.

Knowing the Ducati deals, he will be signed to the "factory" not a team, he will win the title in MotoGP then they send him to WSB to pick up the pieces of the past.

I don't want to start anything here but he has stated a few times previously that he was definately going to be riding in the 2011 moto gp and would then consider his options. I don't think Vale will replace Casey at Ducati i think he will have a year with the yamaha to get back into the riding etc.

I think he knows that whatever happens he will still have a ride as long as he wants it. Yamaha have made it clear that they want him for next year and Ducati have too. Either way he will sign with one of them this year as just because he has an injury they know he is the G.O.A.T and will recover from it. If it was a rookie rider for example then they would have to be jumping at the chance to get back on the bike as they need to prove themselves. Vale really doesn't.

[ i think that if Vale as signed up for next year with a different team ie. Ducati then Jerry Burgess and the team would have signed, or gone their own ways.. and something of that would have leaked out, like the Casey going to Honda story..

having said that, i think Wiggysan has given the definitive answer and something very similar to what he descibes, is the most likely outcome....<^><.......
