A question on the existence of ghosts or lack thereof ?

Explain to me this -- over 90% of ghosts have been

described in detail in various garb from formal attire

to vintage clothing...

this makes absolutely no sense in the fact that clothes

are material goods that have no soul ... no life of it's

own than just mere fabric

Clothing cannot live or die...

in an etheral plain clothing would

still be a solid object

and even the lightest of silk would

just fall to the ground

so explain to me how could a ghost wear clothes?

**

Update:

What I am getting from you people is basically that clothing is what the ghost sees upon itself and an image that it projects on others ---

What you are both saying is that the clothing is an illusion and not there

so what that would mean is since the clothes are not there niether is the ghost

the ghost is not real but an illusion as well... it is what we WANT to see

Which means the ghost is not there ...

Ghost are a matter of energy., which is why the 'clothes' one may see them wearing isn't clothes that a person like me or you, can wear on our bodies.. your right that doesnt make any sense. but Ghost are not 'solid matter' like us.... we are two completely different types of 'beings' .

-It is essentially the entire form of the ghost, like was already said.., energy can take whichever shape it likes.. most likely what they are familiar with, which is why '

ghost often appear as if they are from an another time

** your add'l information doesnt make much sense.., ghost are not an illusion.

your 'wording' is off.. in which case there's little to no basis on your argument...

Ghost are a matter of energy., they project themselves at certain times., for whatever reason that may be. we do not choose to see them..

Your clearly convinced that they do not exist. which is perfectly fine., continue thinking that way if it makes you content.

All I can say is that I had 3 experiences of seeing ghosts. All where in my childhood home when I had a 3rd floor bedroom. My first experience was that I saw a man in a hat that you could see through walk at the foot of my bed toward the window and walk right through the window and wall into the night. The second was when I woke up and an older couple my grandparents (I thought) were staring down at me as I looked up from just waking up. They vanished. The final time was when I was awakened out of a dead sleep by someone saying hi. I woke up and saw a cloud at the corner of the room and it then vanished. None were negative or threatening. All were either neutral or positive. I haven't lived in my old house for years and I have not had any such experiences since then.

It's the ghosts self-representation of what it knew. The energy could take on any form, but that's what it is familiar with.

There is a fairly detailed section on ghosts in this blog.

I believe they are manifesting themselves to appear as if they are wearing clothing - not literally wearing clothing.

Dunno, maybe you should ask them.:) <==Being serious.

If you know what thought forms are, I would think they'd be able to make themselves some clothes out of energy, wouldn't be that hard even for someone who's alive (though MOST people wouldn't be able to sense them).

Maybe they just wear what they feel like wearing.
