hell yes, you know it could be a all in one Defense of Marriage bill.

Marriage is between a man and woman only

along with NO divorce and jail for adulterers.

it's time for the Conservatives to put up or shut up about the sanctity of marriage.

We've come to far now with millions of divorces

taking place to ever be able to turn back the

pages. Amendments would never get the

needed votes. If immorality advances as fast

as it is now, I wouldn't be surprised if in twenty

years (or less), marriage will be outlawed.

Actually, if the Muslim population takes over the

whole world (it's already happening), all life on

earth will be different than we've ever imagined.

No. Banning divorce is absurd. You cannot force someone to live in a horrible marriage.

Adultery should not necessarily be a criminal offense, but in many states, it is not even a civil offense anymore. The shift to "irreconcilable differences" as a cause for divorce and "no-fault" divorces was a step to easier divorces and was wrong.

Well, no, the Defense of Marriage Act was implemented to keep religious judgments about divorce and adultery out of government......and since we have no desire to implement religion into government, then divorce and adultery are matters between a person and his own particular conscience.

Remember that those of us who are religious...as you seem to be....have been instructed to be mindful that judgment belongs to the Almighty...and that He is perfectly capable of doing any necessary judging....and specifically instructs us on earth to MIND OUR OWN BUSINESS and take care of our own knitting...and leave the judging to HIM>

Yes ....but I want to include small gay rodents in my amendment.

DOWN WITH THE ANTI-GAY RODENT ACTIVISTS. Marriage should be between one Man and one Gerbil.

We wouldn't have any politicians. Oh wait, that's a good thing.

It should only read "Marriage is between a man and a woman."

Normally NO, but we have to do something about the liberal infestation in our country. This would get rid of most of the undesirables quickly!
