1. It's sad that the memory of what he did in the course of the last days of his life eclipse his career and that his name has become synonymous with a double murder and suicide, and it's an exposed nerve in the world of pro wrestling that won't ever really heal.
2. There's not enough bandwidth on the internet to praise him as a wrestler.
3. Nobody.
4. Not the WWE's, that won't happen. Maybe as time goes by, maybe a generation goes by, and well after Vince has passed, Chris might be inducted into the Pro Wrestling Hall of Fame in Schnectady, but don't ever expect to see him in WWE's.
5. I can't answer this due to the condition of his brain in the autopsy. I can't envision him still being alive, whether dying by his own hand or in an accident or in the ring. I don't think he'd have lived until now.

1. My thoughts is that I miss seeing him in the ring. I miss seeing him live. I just miss seeing his promos his interviews. I just miss him.
2. Sensational. He was one of a kind.
3. No one can never ever take that man's place.
4. Yes. I really want him to be inducted into the HOF. Although I hate the things he did to his family and himself....his legacy will live on through his wrestling.
5. I would expect him to be a World Heavyweight Champion. I think he would still be on top of his game. And I think he would be helping the younger generation of superstars out as well.

1.I am in the minority when it comes to my feelings about Benoit, and my thoughts are not popular here on YA, so all i will say is it is a absolute tragedy.
2. Sure he was a great technical wrestler, but i found his personality boring, and his mic skills below par.
3.No-one, i don't think they would let anyone even try.
4.If what happened never happened then some day sure, but i literally expect hell will have to freeze over before that happens now.
5. He would of been a regular in the title hunt, and a multiple champ by now.

I miss Benoit, he and Eddie Guerrero should both be in the WWE HOF. None will ever come close to Chris Benoit. He was the best technicalwrestler in the WWF/WWE, he proved that in feud with Kurt Angle. If was still alive Smackdown would be better than RAW (which it is now) and he would be WHC.

1. Great wrestler who made a huge mistake...wasted talent.
2. Great technical wrestler, maybe the best technical of the 2000s decade
3. Irreplaceable, but I think Bryan Danielson is the predecessor to being best technical wrestler now
4. No, absolutely not. He blew that chance.
5. Might be in TNA if he was alive. I still don't think he would get a fair push in the WWE considering he would be over 40 now, maybe mid card level like Kane. But who knows what would've happened

1. A highly good wrestler that is overshadowed by people who take account into what he did to his family then his wrestling skills.
2. Good technical wrestler, entertaining, one of the best.
3. No one
4.Yes, but Vince likes covering people's death and exploiting them.
5.To be th top guy on Raw or Smackdown wth the WWE title or World Heavyweight Championship.

He could have been on uncooked via now. He could have been a three time WWE Champion & a 2 time worldwide Tag team Champion. He might have reverted from face to heel & returned to stand returned. He might have plenty to mirror approximately his pal Chris Benoit & relive some fond suggestions of the guy he knew all too nicely.

1. Sadness. That obsession to be the best, that made him the best, finally got the better of him. Or rather, caught up to him. The steroids to build up his undersized body, the cruel self-discipline and self-punishment for failing to meet his own nearly-impossible standards, the diving headbutts and chair shots to give the bloodthirsty fans a little something extra...finally conspired to end the career and the life of the best pro wrestler I've ever seen...and took the lives of his wife and son, as well.
2. Chris wasn't a "natural"; he had to work to get as good as he did. Being rather on the small side didn't help, either. But his tunnel-visioned obsession to be the "best damn technical wrestler in the world" made him perhaps the most intense and focused pro wrestler I've ever seen in the 43 years I've been a fan. He idolized and patterned himself after one of the best in-ring performers the business ever had (The Dynamite Kid), and actually surpassed his inspiration. Chris was the best in-ring performer I've ever seen. He had no weaknesses in the ring. He could out-wrestle everybody, he could brawl with the best of them, and he had an impressive aerial offense, as well. Chris was the most complete, all-around best in-ring performer I've ever seen. I watched him throughout every stage of his career, from Stampede to Japan to ECW to WCW to the WWF/E. He wrestled every match as if it were a Wrestlemania main event, no matter the size of the crowd. He cared that much about giving the fans their money's worth.
3. Chris idolized and patterned his style after The Dynamite Kid. He wrestled very much like Dynamite. There is an indy performer who reminds me very much of Benoit. In size, look, and in-ring style. Davey Richards (he can be seen in ROH mostly). Davey can't so much take Benoit's place as be the next incarnation of the "wrestling machine" that began with The Dynamite Kid and continued through Chris Benoit.
4. Yes! The Hall Of Fame is SUPPOSED to honor those who have made significant contributions to the wrestling business. In that, Benoit certainly qualifies.
5. In much the same capacity as Kane: schooling rookies, getting them over, and preparing them to be big-time WWE wrestlers. Perhaps even as a championship tag team partner of Chris Jericho.
