We don't have that and Universal health care is one of the most efficient ways to attain it. More efficient than the current insurance reform which really is not universal health care.

3. Liberals do not believe this. But they do believe is debating with facts to counter ignorance, unlike conservatives who go to great lengths to substitute dogma and talking points for critical thinking skills.
