Situation regarding sexual health?

Hey guys, basically I'm not going to sugar coat this or anything. The end of my penis has been really red and sensitive and painful since I woke up yesterday and it hurts a lot when I pull my foreskin back, especially when I have an erection. Does anyone know what's up with it? I've only even had sex once and that was about a month and a half or 2 months ago and was unprotected (don't judge me, i know it was stupid). I got checked for chlamydia about a week after that and the test came back negative.

So, anyone know what it could be and if it could be to do with that?

Thanks for any input

Update:

NOTE: Not sure if this is important but about a week ago I just came off antibiotics for glandular fever.

ok, since it has been that long since you had actual sex, you could be masturbating too much and irritating the skin on the tip of it, it's happened to me before but it usually goes away after a couple days without major masturbation

It's called a penis, not "a thing". Seriously, for crying out loud you are 10 and can't even use the word penis? That's incredibly sad. You really need to grow up. There is nothing about masturbating that is unhealthy. It doesn't cause erection problems, leaking, lack of erections, always being hard, pain, soreness, or any other of the things you listed. Now medical problems like infections that get back can cause those issues. But it's not due from masturbating. Seriously at 20, you should have put away those childish fairy tale myths about masturbation being bad. Again it's time to grow up. Unless you were masturbating 15-22 times a day (which is average for a real addict) you weren't addicted. It's also normal for people to get headaches after orgasms sometimes. Blood flow increases to the head shortly after orgasm. Sometimes it can cause that issue. You would run into the same issue if you were having sex. 1) Masturbation does not decrease penis size. Your penis is what it always was. You also can't increase penis size without surgery. 2) Not if you don't train yourself to last longer with masturbation. When masturbating you should last a minimum of 10 minutes. Masturbation is very good in this sense as you can use it to learn to control yourself. 3) 55% of males have a natural curve in their penis, it's normal. You can't fix it. Your posture is again completely unrealated. Masturbation is very healthy for your prostate. Ejaculating regularly lowers your risk of prostate cancer and prostate problems in the future. It doesn't cause any physical issues. Now, if you masturbation a lot then yeah, you are less horny and don't get as many daily random erections as you age. That's normal and not anything to be worried about. Go on masturbating. If you are still running into leakage issues... you need to see a doctor. Leaking all the time is a medical issue you need to see someone about. It's not a side effect of masturbating. -Connor
