Looking for a receipt for deep fried pickles using panko crumbs has anyone made them and have a good receipt

Cynthia has it pretty good, but if you prefer a more breaded fried food, dry the pickle (or mushroom or whatever you want to fry), roll it in flour then dip it in batter ( 1 egg beaten, 1 1/2 cups flour and whisk in milk until it reaches a thin pancake batter consistency) then roll it in the crumbs and fry.
If the batter is too thin and it won't stick, just add more flour.

Dry them and roll in seasoned flour.
Beat an egg and roll them in that. Now roll in P/crumbs and deep fry.
Try stuffing halapino peppers with cream cheese and do the same , great side dish.
