random chlaustrophobia?

I've never been claustrophobic. not much bothers me to extremes really but recently at random parts of some days I just have this terrible chlaustrophobic feeling and I have no idea where it comes from or why its happening. My family has been under quite a bit of stress lately but I didn't think it was getting to me but I guess it is?? What am I dealing with here? kinda feels like panic attacks or something but I don't even know...I'm probably just crazy huh?
