Gaming Laptop question :3?

Okay, I am going off to college and I need a laptop that can handle a bunch of computer engineering programs, basic media (music, video editing, etc), and moderate gaming. I am not a gamer that goes out and buys every single game. I casually play, full of free downloads that do require a decent computer. I know for a bunch of free games, I am probably going overboard, but I do plan to get some p2p games and do some gaming. I just want a decent gaming laptop, not for hardcore gaming. Anyways, my budget isn't too high and this is one that caught my eye. After doing research about gaming cards and etc etc, I felt this was a good choice.

What do you guys think ? Any help would be appreciated.

Update:

Yeah, I realized that just now that I didn't even put the price up lol.

The price is 689.99

Update 2:

The lower the better lol. That's obvious.

My budget, I don't really know, but I want it as low as possible, because my budget might not even exceed 700 if anything.

Yes it seems a fairly good rig, but if you are buying a new laptop you might be better off at looking at Intel's new i3, i5 and i7 range as these are the latest processors and the Intel Core 2 Duo is becoming old now. You might also be better off at looking a laptop with DDRM3 to make the most of high speed memory. However the graphics card in this is more than capable for your needs and try to stick with 4GB or more of memory, and also make sure if you have 4GB or more that you have a 64bit Operating system to make the most of the memory. If you feel that this Laptop is in your budget and you are set on it then go for it because it will suit your needs fine. I am just suggesting looking at some new Technology.

Low settings as much as medium settings with a few lagging, quite desire a quad processor to run the sport easily ,and a heck of plenty higher image card ,amd hd 7000 m sequence,or a nvidia gtx 560m or better, being a pc to not a lot may also be transformed, seem round just a little extra
