Yes in a way because its the same as driving someone to a pub/club to drink alcohol. Your helping them, that way you become part of it.
It's kinda like - guilty by association.

I´m not Muslim, but the way I understand it is if you are WORKING and EARNING your money, then you are in the clear. You would be sinning if you had your money in an account at that bank and were earning interest yourself.
There are Muslim-friendly banks. I´m not sure how they work but I think that they invest in property then rent them out instead of earning their money e.g. speculating on the stock market.

if you just working for the bank you are not exactly sinning,
but if you do the any interest contract or any agreement that have the minimum of interest rate you are sinning ...
